Yet again our lovely friends at Ali Mac Marketing has hooked ya girl up with another unique business!


If you read our last post, you already know I'm a shy person that isn't too fond of the out skirts of the comfy zone. 2023 brings a year of pushing myself to try new things. I just didn't think reviewing businesses would be the source of that.

But I wouldn't want it any other way!

 

Well what IS red light therapy?


"Red and Near Infrared light therapy has been studied for decades and shown to stimulate the production of a high-energy molecule called, Adenosine Triphosphate inside the body-promoting healthy circulation of your body's internal cell processes, speeding up healing, pain relief, and helping renew and restore cell structures. In other words, red light therapy is energy for your blood cells! Want to know the best part? It's Safe, non-invasive therapy that only takes 10-15 MINUTES PER SESSION! No Needles, No pills."

Its like being out in the sun and getting all the beneficial aspects and more, without the harmful UV rays!


When Ali told me about Red Light Therapy, I didn't really understand how it worked. Essentially, you stand between 2 panels of red light. Supposedly, it is also very good for your hair and your skin, amongst a large list of things. (I'll list them below, dont worry!) My biggest concern then, was just like the royal tea party - "What the hell do I wear to Red Light Therapy?"


I knew the light had to reach the surface of my skin to really gain the benefits and the light doesn't penetrate through clothing. Come to find out - where the sun don't shine - red light does!


The Second I got to Red Light Therapy 4U, in Northborough MA, I was greeted by the owner, Jean Gearty. She was a very soft spoken woman who has a contagious smile. I knew immediately I could feel safe and relax while I experience my first time in her full body set up.


Y'all, LET ME TELL YOU!! I have NEVER, felt so relaxed and pain free in such a short amount of time! It felt like a warm hug all over my body - its like standing in the shower with the heat all the up without melting in hot water or needing to dry off after!


She had relaxing Zen music playing, which already had me ready to relax. Before she left the room she had reassured me that all I needed to do was undress to your level of comfort and the most benefits will be the uncovered part - you already know I went all in and these cheeks where getting all the red light benefits!

I told y'all we are stepping out of our comfort zones this year!



The entire session length was 15 minuets long. Which is perfect for people like me that are ALWAYS on the move! Massages can be great if you have the time to be seen. But even for me, I don't like being touched for too long before im a bit over stimulated. So Knowing Red Light Therapy is quick, touchless, and super beneficial it is entirely worth the visit and might be something I add to my monthly if not weekly routine! It is also important to me that this is an all natural healing so I can easily add this into my life style while enhancing my life quality!

Nope! Red Light Therapy is beneficial for all ages!


What do you recommend someone doing after a session?

Just like a massage or a visit to a chiropractor, you can come in first thing in the morning and carry on your day feeling fresh or on your way home from work to relax for the night!


Best way to prepare for Red Light Therapy?

Drink water and stay hydrated! This is good after the session as well.



Over All Experience


My overall experience was simply amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a quick, easy, affordable alternative to other common therapies practiced today! In fact I have already told all my sport playing friends about this for muscle recovery and joint relief!


My final rating on this small business find is 5 of the most shiny stars you could ever imagine!
