FAQs

What are your hours?: Our normal responding hours are between 10am and 6:30pm during the week or 11am - 3pm on the weekends.

Session times are agreed on during the time of session booking!
Where are you located?: Our physical studio address is 112 Main st, Putnam CT Unit 2.

Though a lot of our work can be done at most requested locations. Our team oftens travels New England for photoshoots!
How do I book?: Booking requests can be filled out online or you can send us an email at offcamberprodukshuns@gmail.com to consult about your session!
What payment options do you accept?: We accept card payments, Venmo, Cash, and checks.
Do you have a cancellation policy?: Yes, cancellations 5 days prior to the session date will receive half of the retainer as a refund otherwise no refund will be given. No show sessions will not be refunded and there will be no option for reschedule. Client will have to follow booking process again to rebook.
